Friends is a neighborhood grill & bar. We are locally owned, as well as operated by Ray Stanjevich and Suzanne Cartwright. We have locations in Dacula, Dawsonville and Suwanee. Our plans are to open restaurants in Buford and Winder in early 2014.
Opened since April of 2010, Friends has quickly become “the” place for good food and service, families and sports. Our growth is attributed to our customer loyalty. Local neighborhood restaurants such as ours continue to thrive because of repeat visits by our “regulars”.
The restaurants are filled with high def flat screen TV’s. We show all NFL games through the NFL Package and most other sporting events, including UFC. Each restaurant has a beautiful, inviting and cozy patio. And we even have games for kids and adults.
The menu features fresh-ground burgers, hand-cut steaks, homemade dressings and sauces. The chicken is all white meat and cut by us in house. And we only use fresh, premium Tyson brand chicken wings. The menu contains burgers, sandwiches, steaks, shrimp, chicken, quesadillas, pasta and salads. Some of our most popular food items are “Bada Bang Shrimp”, “The Gooey Louie Burger”, “Bayou Yellowbelly Chicken Tenders”, “Loaded French Dip” and “Cajun Chicken Pasta”.
We have a full bar serving liquor, beer and wine. You will find craft beers on draft as well as most popular brands. Our bars offer Keno games for your entertainment.
We believe in contributing to the community and providing a helping hand to others when we are able to do so. Friends holds an annual charity event named “Ansley’s Easter” where we donate all of our food and beverage sales on Easter Sunday to help a family in need. Ansley Arnette was a young girl that suffered from a rare, non-curable brain tumor, and our first fundraiser was held to help her family with medical bills. Ansley has since passed away, but her memory carries on every year on Easter Sunday.
Our goal is to grow as an independent, local restaurant company that supports our community and our employees. We hope that you will support us in this endeavor.
